What size do I wear?

It depends on the look you want to aim. To have the right information of the products fit, please visit the "Sizeguide & Fit" section on the product page itself.

How do I return my order?

Please contact as via mail on support@pureheartsneverdie.com. We will send you a returnlabel and give you further instructions.

What are the return conditions?

To be eligible for a return, within 14, days the item should be in the same condition as it was immediately received - unworn and unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Furthermore, the corresponding invoice or order confirmation is required.

How long does the refund take?

Depending on the payment service provider, a refund of the purchase amount can take up to 14 days. The sum will be refunded directly to the account with the selected payment service provider (PayPal, credit card, etc.).

Who bears the costs of the return?

The customer bears the costs of the return.

When does my order arrive?

You will receive a separate email when your order ships. There you can also track & trace your package until it arrives at your door.

Can I cancel/change my order?

Only if you have not received your shipping confirmation yet. Please contact our customer support immediately via email on support@pureheartsneverdie.com.

Do you ship internationally?

We are working on our international delivery. At the moment we can only deliver to most parts of Europe. To see if your country is in our list check shipping section.

Are all the fabrics you use organic?

We strive to make all our products from organic and recyclable fabrics. Unfortunately, this will not be possible in all cases, as there are still no organic/recyclable alternatives.

Where does the money intended for the donations go?

When we reach a reasonable amount of money, we will try our best to document these campaigns, so you can have a look into. To be up to date, we recommend our customers to follow us on our social media and visit our website regularly.

My product got damaged after washing, what do I do?

Please follow the washing instructions on the products care label to prevent damaging. Hopefully you can enjoy them for a long time.
